Boundary and topographical survey of approximately 51 acres of land in the Far Fields area of campus for the development of the site into two artificial turf athletic fields, an 8 lane track with grass infield, infrastructure improvements including stadium lighting, public sewer and water extensions and Stormwater management. Design of Phase 2 improvements including a parking lot for 97 cars and an Athletic Pavilion with team rooms and concession areas. Replacement of water main serving the complex.

Contacted PA One Call and submitted a research request with PDOT for right-of-way plans along the site frontage. This involved the topographical survey and mapping of approximately 300 to 400 feet of proposed utility crossing Amtrack property.

Our service included assisting the Library Board with obtaining Zoning approvals from the Borough, as well as Land Development approval. We also worked closely with the adjacent property owners, the Spring City United Methodist Church to secure easements for off street parking. Improvements to the parking lot were made including lighting, Stormwater management and repaving of the lot.
